Panorama Reden in Chorzów (Poland) is a small residential investment by ATAL S.A. The unquestionable advantage of the investment is its excellent location in the centre of Chorzów, near the Silesian Park.
The investment includes one intimate building with five storeys. A garage with 80 parking spaces was built in the underground part. The minimalist body of the building was created on a U-plan, creating a semi-open patio inside. It is a common space for residents, which is a place for rest and recreation. The project has been maintained in light and subdued tones – the dominant colour is white, broken with dark grey accents. The facades are enhanced by contrasting window frames in sand, copper and patina.
The wayfinding we designed complimented the intended utilitarian aspects of the development. It also placed emphasis on innovative and distinctive material and graphic solutions to meet contemporary user needs. Juicy colours, unobvious combinations and a distinctive graphic style are intended to attract attention Itfacilitate movement and be an aesthetic complement to the hitherto subdued interiors. The geometric compositions are complemented by the distinctive, unusual typeface Orientation (Commercial Type), a stencil font designed by Sandrine Nugue.
